REFUND POLICY
At GoFit Personal Training, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our refund policy below:
Session Cancellations
- Client Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is provided less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session fee will be forfeited.
- GoFit Cancellations: In the event that GoFit Personal Training must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the session.
Refunds for Personal Training Packages
- Unused Sessions: If you have purchased a training package and wish to discontinue before using all sessions, you may request a refund for any remaining sessions. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions and will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- Used Sessions: No refunds will be issued for sessions already completed as part of a training package.
Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@gofitpersonaltraining.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be provided for promotional offers, discounted packages, or special events, unless otherwise specified.
- Refunds will not be granted for failure to achieve specific fitness outcomes, as individual results may vary.
