GoFit Personal Training is a mobile fitness business providing personal training, coaching, and wellness services. We deliver customized fitness programs to clients at their desired locations, whether that be at home, a park, or another venue.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Session Scheduling:
- All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email. Sessions are subject to trainer availability.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all bookings.
2.2 Payments:
- Payment is required before the start of each session unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept payments through credit cards, bank transfers, or approved payment apps.
2.3 Packages:
- If you purchase a training package, full payment is due at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Client Cancellations:
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of a session.

3.2 GoFit Cancellations:
- In rare cases, GoFit Personal Training may need to cancel a session. In such instances, you will be notified as early as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at no extra charge.
3.3 Refund Policy:
- Refunds will only be issued for unused sessions within a purchased package. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- There are no refunds for single session cancellations without adequate notice.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Medical Conditions:
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the training sessions.
- GoFit Personal Training is not liable for any injury or medical condition that may result from the client’s participation in training. Before starting a fitness program, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional.
4.2 Informed Consent:
- By participating in GoFit Personal Training sessions, clients acknowledge the risks associated with physical exercise and voluntarily accept these risks.
5. Liability Waiver
5.1 Waiver of Liability:
- GoFit Personal Training, its trainers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the training sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury resulting from improper use of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing health conditions.
5.2 Client Responsibility:
- Clients agree to follow the trainer’s instructions and guidelines and take responsibility for their own safety and well-being during each session.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Data Collection:
- GoFit Personal Training respects your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and health information only for the purposes of providing training services.
6.2 Data Protection:
- We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Use of Equipment
- All equipment used during training sessions is owned and maintained by GoFit Personal Training. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper use of the equipment under the trainer’s supervision. Any damage to equipment due to misuse may result in additional charges.
8. Changes to Terms
- GoFit Personal Training reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Idaho.
